Responsibilities include reaching out to online and offline communities to promote our company and open roles, crafting targeted job descriptions and hosting job fairs for various candidate groups (like recent graduates.) To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be familiar with recruiting or marketing techniques.


Increase public awareness through the media

Increase college awareness about the company

Look for potential candidates from external databases

Enriching our careers page and social media accounts with multimedia, posts and employee testimonials

Developing content that illustrates our life at work


Able to do full time internship (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM)

Able to join 3 months internship program

Student of Psychology,  communication or   other related majors from a reputable university (max. 5th Semester)

Able to do full time internship (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM)

Have a good knowledge of HR Area

Good analytical skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and result oriented

Have analysis ability, dynamic, creative, tough & fast learner

Willing to work mobile (Business trip, etc.)

Excellent communication in English
