An HR Generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills. Managing A-Z Hiring process
Maintain sourcing strategy in website, social media, career site, local news, campus recruitment.
Identifying and collaborating with recruitment channels as well as relying on good networking to provide the best fit candidate.
Assist and consult on each function’s KPI development and maintenance.
Perform performance appraisal and people development evaluation.
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or focus groups.
Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees.
Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills.
Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
Conduct individual assessments, including interpreting measures and providing feedback for selection, placement, and promotion.
Bachelor’s degree from all departments (preferably from Psychology, Human Resource Management), maximum 30 years old.
Have minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and people development
Have a good numerical ability, analytical thinking, and attention to details.
Have a good knowledge of recruitment techniques & processes.
Have a good knowledge in interviewing skill & assessment skill
Proficient in English, both oral and written is a must.
Excellent knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
Ability to monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
